This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through yourprofitablebrand.com and related registration, checkout, and product-delivery pages operated by SQBE Creative LLC d/b/a The Brand Hustler ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund Policy currently applies to digital products offered in connection with The Profitable Brand Masterclass, including: (1) The Profitable Brand Power Pack; and (2) The Profitable Brand Implementation Kit.
This Refund Policy does not govern enrollment in The Brand Accelerator, The Brand Accelerator: First Class, private coaching, consulting, or any other program or service governed by a separate agreement.
Because our products include digital files, interactive materials, hosted resources, and other content to which access may begin immediately after purchase, all sales are final and nonrefundable except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or price adjustments because a customer:
The Profitable Brand Masterclass is currently offered as a live event. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, registration and purchase do not include attendee replay access.
Access to purchased digital products generally begins after payment has been successfully processed. Products may be delivered through email, downloadable files, interactive resources, hosted webpages, private or semi-private portals, or other electronic methods. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address, maintaining access to the email account used during checkout, reviewing spam, promotions, and junk folders, following the access, download, and login instructions provided, using a compatible device, browser, and internet connection, and downloading any eligible files they wish to retain.
If you do not receive access or believe that a technical error prevented delivery, contact experience@thebrandhustler.com.
Access problems should be reported no later than twenty-four hours after the scheduled start of The Profitable Brand Masterclass when the purchase was made before or during that event, or within twenty-four hours after purchase when the purchase was made after the scheduled Masterclass.
Your request should include your full name, the email address used during checkout, the product purchased, the purchase date, your receipt or order number, and a description or screenshot of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, correct the error, or redeliver the purchased materials. A technical problem that can be corrected does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, contact experience@thebrandhustler.com and provide the applicable receipts, order numbers, or payment records. After confirming an actual duplicate charge, we may reverse or refund the duplicate transaction. This exception does not apply when a customer intentionally completes separate purchases, purchases different offers, purchases through different email addresses, or purchases for more than one person or business.
The Profitable Brand Masterclass is a free live event. We may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event because of illness, personal or business emergencies, technology failures, platform outages, weather, acts of God, events outside our reasonable control, or a business, operational, or scheduling decision made by the Company. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the contact information provided.
Purchases of the Profitable Brand Power Pack and Profitable Brand Implementation Kit are separate from attendance at the free live Masterclass. If the Masterclass is changed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled: customers will retain access to digital products that were successfully delivered; the event change will not automatically create a refund right for a separately delivered digital product; and missing the original or rescheduled event will not create a refund right.
Unless a bonus is expressly identified as part of a paid product at checkout, complimentary bonuses are offered at our discretion, may be changed, substituted, limited, or withdrawn, are subject to availability, are not guaranteed, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for a refund, credit, or price reduction. Failure to receive a discretionary bonus does not change the refund status of a paid product.
We ask that customers contact experience@thebrandhustler.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate billing or delivery concerns. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may suspend access to the associated products and provide the payment processor with relevant order records, access records, communications, checkout acknowledgements, and policy records. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any nonwaivable rights available to a customer under applicable law or through their payment provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where permitted by applicable law, by affirmatively requesting immediate delivery of digital content, a customer may acknowledge that delivery or performance will begin immediately and that any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once delivery or access begins.
Purchases completed through a buy-now-pay-later or financing provider remain subject to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, the terms accepted during checkout, and the financing provider's separate payment, dispute, cancellation, interest, and account terms. Using financing does not change the final-sale status of the underlying digital product except where applicable law requires otherwise. Customers remain responsible for their obligations to the financing provider even if they do not attend the Masterclass or use the purchased materials.
We may revise this Refund Policy by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. The version accepted at the time of purchase will ordinarily govern that transaction unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
