We may collect first and last name, email address, optional telephone number, billing address, Masterclass registration information, purchase and transaction information, survey and form responses, questions submitted during an event, chat messages, comments, feedback, reviews, and testimonials, customer-support communications, information about your business or brand when voluntarily submitted, and any other information you choose to provide.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, buy-now-pay-later providers, or other payment and checkout vendors. We generally do not receive or retain your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited payment and transaction information including payment status, purchase amount, purchase date, product purchased, transaction identifier, billing details, refund or dispute information, and fraud or risk indicators.
When you visit our websites, register, purchase, access materials, or interact with our communications, we and our vendors may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring webpage, pages visited, date and time of activity, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie and device identifiers, form interactions, email opens and clicks, registration status, Masterclass attendance and engagement, product-access and portal activity, download activity, purchase history, website conversions, and interactions with advertisements.
The Profitable Brand Masterclass may be recorded. A recording may capture information that participants voluntarily display or provide, including display name, profile image, camera image, voice, questions, chat messages, reactions, comments, and business information voluntarily discussed. The event may be recorded even when no attendee replay is offered.
We may use personal information to register you for The Profitable Brand Masterclass, confirm your registration, send access instructions and event reminders, communicate schedule changes or technical notices, process and administer purchases, deliver digital products, authenticate and maintain portal or tool access, provide customer service, send transactional and promotional communications where permitted, personalize content and offers, analyze attendance and purchasing behavior, measure marketing and advertising performance, create advertising and retargeting audiences, improve our products and customer experience, prevent unauthorized access and fraud, protect and enforce our agreements, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
An email address is required to register for The Profitable Brand Masterclass. We may use that address to send communications reasonably necessary to administer the event or a purchase, including registration confirmation, access instructions, date and time reminders, schedule changes, technical notices, product-delivery messages, purchase confirmations, policy notices, and customer-service responses. These operational or transactional communications may continue even if you unsubscribe from general marketing.
We may send marketing emails where you have provided valid consent, applicable law otherwise permits the communication, or a legally recognized existing-customer exception applies. Marketing emails will contain an unsubscribe mechanism. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not prevent necessary transactional or customer-service messages.
Providing a telephone number is optional unless a particular form expressly states otherwise. Where you separately provide appropriate consent, we may send Masterclass reminders, access information, schedule changes, follow-up messages, and promotional offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke SMS consent by replying STOP when available or by contacting experience@thebrandhustler.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We and our vendors may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate website and checkout functions, maintain sessions, remember preferences, detect fraud, measure traffic and engagement, analyze visitor behavior, track purchases and conversions, deliver or measure advertisements, conduct retargeting, and build or measure advertising audiences. These technologies may include those provided by Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Systeme.io, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, email and SMS providers, checkout providers, and other analytics, advertising, hosting, or automation vendors.
We may use service providers that support website and funnel hosting, registration forms, email delivery, SMS delivery, live-event hosting, payment processing, buy-now-pay-later financing, digital-product hosting and delivery, data storage, customer support, analytics, advertising, automation, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, and general business operations. Providers may include Systeme.io, Zoom, Flodesk, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, Google, Meta, TikTok, and financing providers made available at checkout.
We may disclose or permit access to identifiers, device information, cookie information, internet activity, conversion information, and related data for analytics, advertising measurement, retargeting, campaign optimization, and audience creation. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some privacy laws may nevertheless define certain advertising-related disclosures as "selling," "sharing," or targeted advertising. Where required, eligible users may opt out by using available cookie or privacy controls or by contacting experience@thebrandhustler.com.
Payment and financing providers receive information required to process transactions, verify identity, assess eligibility, prevent fraud, administer payments, handle refunds or disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Their processing is governed by their separate privacy policies and terms.
When you click an affiliate or referral link, the linked company or network may receive the referring page, an affiliate identifier, device or browser information, click information, and information about a resulting qualifying transaction. The third party's use of that information is governed by its own policies.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or lawful process; protect our rights, property, operations, or users; investigate fraud, misuse, policy violations, or security threats; enforce agreements; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.
Depending on your location and the activity involved, we may process information because processing is necessary to provide a requested event, product, or service; necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contractual steps; you have provided consent; we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing, improving, and appropriately marketing our business; processing is required to comply with a legal obligation; or processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
The Profitable Brand Masterclass may be recorded for legitimate operational, archival, security, educational, or internal business purposes. If you do not wish to be visibly or audibly captured: keep your camera turned off; keep your microphone muted; use a nonidentifying display name where permitted; avoid displaying private information; and avoid submitting identifying comments through chat. We will obtain separate permission before using an identifiable participant's image, voice, likeness, name, testimonial, or identifiable event contribution in Company advertising or promotional materials.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide products and services, maintain product-access records, administer purchases, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain suppression lists, and enforce agreements. Marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Limited suppression information may be retained afterward so that we can honor the request.
We are based in the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or in another country where our vendors, payment providers, or service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. Where required, we will use legally recognized mechanisms or safeguards for applicable international transfers.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request a portable copy, restrict certain processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of direct marketing, opt out of certain targeted advertising, appeal a denied privacy request, and lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority. To submit a request, email experience@thebrandhustler.com. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission, payment system, platform, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our websites, products, and Masterclass are intended for adults and are not directed to children under eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact experience@thebrandhustler.com.
Our websites, emails, products, and materials may link to third-party websites, tools, products, payment providers, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for a third party's content, availability, pricing, security, data practices, privacy policies, terms, or business conduct. Review the applicable third-party policies before providing information or completing a transaction.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. An updated version will be posted with a revised effective or last-updated date. Where appropriate or legally required, we may also provide notice through the website, email, or another reasonable method.
